● What’s included: 1 brisket
● handling/storage: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
● Cooking instructions: (Add water, about 2 inches in bottom of pan) Bake @ 375 for 3 ½ hours covered; then 30 minutes uncovered. OR grill on medium indirect heat for 2 hours, then wrap in foil and grill for an additional 2 hours.
