Shipping and Delivery
Gourmet Butcher Block ships out on Monday-Wednesday for 2nd Day Packages, and Monday-Thursday for Next Day Air Packages.
Same day shipping is sometimes available if ordered before 2PM Central Time. (Depending on shipping load, we will do our best to get them out.)
All orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
****Last day for Thanksgiving shipping will be Monday November 24th!!! Next Day Air Only (Order by Sunday November 23rd)
****Last day for Christmas shipping will be Monday December 22nd!!! Next Day Air Only (Order by Sunday December 21st)
UPS does NOT guarantee 2nd day Air Packages and does not issue refunds in the event of delays or “undeliverable”.
UPS Next day Air is the ONLY “Guaranteed” shipping option. (If delayed, possible refund for shipping charge only).
- All Products are Perishable and shipped in Styrofoam cooler with dry ice.
- Gourmet Butcher Block is not responsible for shipping delays once package is picked up from our location.
- Orders cannot be canceled once Shipped.
- “Refused Delivery” will not be refunded.
- Orders cannot be returned.
