Shipping and Delivery
Gourmet Butcher Block ships out on Monday-Wednesday for 2nd Day Packages, and Monday-Thursday for Next Day Air Packages.
Same day shipping is sometimes available if ordered before 2PM Central Time. (Depending on shipping load, we will do our best to get them out.)
All orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship out the following Monday. (except for next day packages can ship on thursdays.)
Shipping and Delivery
The Gourmet Butcher Block ensures the freshness of all perishable items by freezing them prior to shipment and packing each order with 5-10 lbs. of dry ice, which keeps items cold for 2-5 days in transit. Please be aware that The Gourmet Butcher Block is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, adverse weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. During the holiday season, delays are more likely and expected, and same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed.
UPS does NOT guarantee 2nd day Air Packages and does not issue refunds in the event of delays or “undeliverable”.
UPS Next day Air is the ONLY “Guaranteed” shipping option. (If delayed, possible refund for shipping charge only).
- All Products are Perishable and shipped in Styrofoam cooler with dry ice.
- Gourmet Butcher Block is not responsible for shipping delays once package is picked up from our location.
- Orders cannot be canceled once Shipped.
- “Refused Delivery” will not be refunded.
- Orders cannot be returned.
